Neighborhood Alert — Take Action Now

Protect Beach Park from Cut-Through Traffic

Help us keep commuter traffic on major roads — not our residential streets.

Spread the word

Why This Matters

Beach Park is a quiet residential neighborhood. Proposed changes to traffic flow along Kennedy Boulevard and West Shore Boulevard could open our streets to cut-through commuter traffic — bringing speeding vehicles, safety hazards, and noise directly into our community.

Our Position

No new access points into Beach Park from major roads
No opening of residential streets — including Occident, Gardenia, Ward, Sherrill, and O'Brien — to through traffic
Keep commuter traffic on major roads where it belongs
Protect pedestrians, cyclists, children, and families on our streets
Preserve the residential character of Beach Park

Suggested Survey Comment

I am a Beach Park resident and I strongly oppose any new access points or street openings that would allow cut-through traffic into our neighborhood. Commuter traffic belongs on major roads — not residential streets. Please protect the safety and character of Beach Park.
